Thank you for hanging out with me at GBG Business dot net today and for wanting to know more about GBG!

Now, I’m going to be honest – I really don’t like hype or doing bio’s – AT ALL. But, I had to grab your attention somehow and if you’re going to go into business with someone you definitely want to make sure it’s someone you can trust – I get it. So, I’ll do my best to share the highlights of my life (so far) with you.

To sum it all up…

Prior to GBG – I was BROKE. Seriously broke. I have no college degree, I was a Part Time Toll Collector, my husband had lost his job, we just had our second son and we were going through a Foreclosure on our home and had to start receiving Government Assistance….I really don’t want to think of how much worse it could’ve gotten.

So, I turned to the internet for an answer and that’s when GBG came into my life. 18 months after investing in some professional training and equipping and going to work in my business… well, I replaced and FAR Exceeded my previous income (I QUIT my job 15 months after getting started) and… I want to show YOU, step-by-step, how YOU can possibly BEcome the same.

I can’t stand it when advertisements say a product “sells itself.”

If you ask me, that’s a bunch of… well, you know.

Products don’t sell themselves – people sell products. That’s why I have to guard my wallet every time an infomercial comes on! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve bought something I didn’t need or even want. But, because of all the hype and testimonials of how wonderful abc product was and how wonderful it did something I felt I wanted or needed, I couldn’t resist.

And if you’re anything like me, I’m sure you can relate.

A few years back when I was looking for a vitamin supplement I did quite a bit of research and found what, at the time, looked like a great product. A few months passed and I discovered that the product I had started using was not really what I was looking for.

What I really wanted was an all-in-one vitamin and mineral supplement for myself AND my family; one that really worked and one that I could see and feel the results from (even though I was fairly healthy). I also wanted a way to make some money from home so that I could have more of the time freedom we all yearn for (more on that in a bit…. for now…)

I’ve always hated taking pills, but I was still taking vitamins in tablet form everyday and I really wanted to try to shift over to a liquid. That way both the children and I could consume our daily recommended vitamins with ease.

I recalled seeing a product that looked like it fit the description of what I was looking for: The GBG 10-IN-ONE. I was very skeptical so I did what I usually do – a lot of research. Ok, now… let’s fast forward to the business stuff.

Stuart Finger, CEO & Founder of GBG, Michael Kahn, and the rest of the staff at the Corporate offices, have done an AMAZING job at putting together some high quality business tools for those of us that have decided to partner with the company. Two of those tools are the FREE Duplicate Company Website and the FREE Lead Capture Pages. (The other AMAZING tool the company has put together for us is the Free Chewable Sample Kits that actually take care of the sales part of the product and business for us.) BUT, as AMAZING as these business tools are, they don’t take care of the main problem I am about to share with you…

While the company has invested both time AND thousands of dollars into creating Top Notch marketing tools… and even go one step further by making them available to us for FREE – there’s still a problem.

There’s NO way for you to form a relationship with the person looking at these tools (when you’re marketing online or via paid advertisements. If you are using the Sample Kits and marketing offline, you have this opportunity, but most mess it up…I’ll tell you how in a bit). One thing I’ve learned about marketing online is that people are highly aware of all the garbage and scams online and so, most times, they want to deal with a real person. Not some replicated website.

Actually, it’s true offline as well. And when it comes to belly-to-belly marketing the same rules apply – No One Wants to Be Sold – We ALL want to connect with REAL PEOPLE.

So where am I going with this? In order to succeed in Business you need certain skills that will set you apart from the masses. And if you take a look at my credentials (above)…you may have guessed that I didn’t have any special skills when I got into business. In fact, I had NO IDEA what I was doing. But, I did know that I didn’t want to be a sales person. I don’t know if you’ve noticed but, people in this industry have a bad habit of puking what they have all over everyone. If that’s your thing, that’s cool. But it’s not mine and I don’t usually like it when it’s done to me.

The good news is – I invested in myself and I learned the skills I needed (and I’m still investing in my skill set each day).
